Q:  What size replacement bungee cord fits V Marine Push Pole Holders?
A:  3/16th is the largest size bungee cord that will fit the spool and original size V Marine Push Pole Holders.

Q:  What Material are the V Marine Original and Spool style Push Pole Holders made of?
A:  The top as well as the base plate of the V Marine Push Pole Holders are made of an anodized aluminum. The quick-detach bolt attached to the top portion of the V Marine Push Pole Holders are made of stainless steel.

Q:  How tall are the V Marine Push Pole Holders?
A:  The overall height of the V Marine Push Pole Holder is 2.25 inches.

Q:  What is the size of the small V Marine Push Pole Holder base plate?
A:  The small V Marine Push Pole Holder base plate is 1.50 inches across and .25 inches tall.

Q:  What size screws/bolts do I use to attach the Original and Spool style V Marine Push Pole Holder base plate to my boat?
A:  V Marine recommends using #8 stainless steel screws/bolts to attach the V Marine Push Pole Holders base plate to the deck of your boat. V Marine recommends through bolting the base plate to the deck of your boat for added strength.

Poling Platform Holder

Q:  What size bolts do I use to attach the V Marine Push Pole Poling Platform Holder to the lid of my Poling Platform?
A:  V Marine recommends using 316 stainless steel 3/8″- 16 thread bolt to attach the V Marine Poling Platform Holder to the lid of your poling platform. V Marine also recommends using a washer along with the bolt to help spread out the load created by the holder on the lid of your Poling Platform. V Marine recommends using medium Loctite on the bolt or locking washer to help ensure the bolt does not rattle out. Be aware the Poling Platform Holders are not designed to stake your boat out.

Q:  What size pole does the V Marine Poling Platform Holder hold?
A:  V Marine Poling Platform Holder is designed to hold most standard size push poles. Currently the only pole we are aware the V Marine Poling Platform Holder cup does not hold is the Stiffy Extreme Push Pole. All other Push Poles should fit in the cup of the V Marine Poling Platform Holder.

Push Pole Pad

Q:  What size push pole is the pad designed to fit?
A:  The pad is designed to fit most push poles with a 1.37 inch plus outer diameter.

Q:  Does the push pole pad float?
A:  No the ball is made with a silicone material which provides excellent protection between your pole and the deck of your skiff but the pad does not float.
